Role we looking in for

Position: Assistant Manager - Sales

Level – T2

Experience – Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales domain

                  Minimum 2 years of experience in Team Management

                  Minimum 1 year of Real Estate experience preferred (but not mandate)

Age Criteria – Max 28 to 29 years

 

Qualification – Any Graduate / Post Graduate

 

Location preference – Bangalore


No relocation candidates preferred

We are a 6 days working company with Monday as week off

 

 

About the role:

 

Looking for Sales Manager with outgoing personalities who have a knack for motivating others to meet goals in a sales environment and derive required target figures

Job responsibilities:

 

Coaching

1.    Assisting team members reach their full Sales potential as a main objective. Ability to support and motivate sales agents, ensuring the success factor within their deals

2.    Revisiting targets and on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis and figuring out challenges and mitigating them to ensure we hit the target

3.    Ensuring Sales Associates (SA) motivation and performance

Salesman ship

1.    Train Sales personnel to build rapport, ensure client trust and make a sale on regular basis

 

Team Management

1.    Oversee the Sales team target and handle any issues pertaining to respective team members reaching close towards his target figures

2.    Ensure regular feedback for SAs

·        Managing Escalations and being the bridge with PM team and Owner sales team

1.    Feedback for and from Property Management Team

·        Measure and manage team performance with leading indicators; (TAT, Visits)

·         

 

Business Acumen

1.    A thorough understanding of a business, along with its achievements, objectives and goals to drive Sales. A strategic thinking with managerial mindset is pre-requisite

2.    Understanding of projects insights

3.    Analysing and communication of inventory requirements

4.    Collections along with Property Management team

 

 

 

 

 

 

A successful candidate for this role requires:

 

·        Team Management skills

·        Escalation Management skills

·        Communication skills 

·        Problem Solving Skill

·        Very good at understanding and Analysing factor at play to design targets

·        Enjoy being with people; extraversion is key (High)

 

·        Candidates from Pune location will only be preferred

·        No outstation candidates to apply

·        This is a team lead role and not an Individual contriubutor

·        Expertience range more that 4 - 5 years , should not apply

 

Compensation:

 

·        Fixed : (depending on interview)

·        Incentives on sales revenue
