Job Description.


1.     Build good Working relationship among Brokers and Clients.

2.     Handle members team.

3.     Understand the core values of the company and its goals.

4.     Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities.

5.     Present the product favorably and in a structured professional way face to face.

6.     Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e mails.

7.     Respond to incoming e mail and Phone enquiries.

8.     Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets.

9.     Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.

10. Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.

11. Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions to the brokers.



Ø Lead generation, Meet and exceed sales targets.

Ø Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.

Ø Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.

Ø Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
