Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Support Engineer ELV to join our Mumbai office. The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. This is a full-time position that requires a blend of technical know-how and strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and support for our various automation solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting for ELV systems, including Unified Communication and CCTV surveillance
• Manage and execute end-to-end installation and maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems, access control systems, and data networking
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored automation solutions
• Liaise with the sales team to formulate and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians to ensure high standards of service delivery
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements
• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for internal and client review
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and operational regulations
