Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer specializing in Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems for our Mumbai location. This mid-level, full-time position requires a work experience of 4 to 6 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the optimal performance of our various ELV systems. This role demands exceptional technical expertise and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of low voltage systems (Mandatory skill)
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and rectify issues in ELV systems.
• A customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction and effective communication.
• Understanding of electronic components and their functions within an ELV system.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals for installation and repair tasks.
• Hands-on experience with various ELV systems including but not limited to fire detection, access control, and CCTV surveillance.
• Attention to detail to maintain high standards of service quality.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform installation, testing, and maintenance of ELV systems in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
• Diagnose and repair faults in ELV systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximal system performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular system inspections and preventive maintenance to preempt potential problems.
• Prepare detailed reports on service activities and system performance for internal and client review.
• Collaborate with other engineers and team members to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations during all service activities.
