Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager ELV to join our team on a full-time basis in Mumbai. This mid-level role requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience in sales, particularly in the field of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong sales strategy skills and be adept at managing customer relationships, leading teams, and executing projects efficiently.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of 4-6 years in a sales role specifically in the field of ELV systems.
  • Strong sales strategy skills (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Team leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Technical knowledge of ELV systems, including Unified Communication, CCTV surveillance, and Access control systems.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to close high-value deals and contracts.
  • Market analysis skills to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Proficient in project management and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interactions and team collaboration.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the ELV systems market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate deals, and close contracts with clients.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Interface's solutions and services.
