Job Overview:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager ELV to join our team at Interface Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 4 to 6 years of work experience in project management within the security systems services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget while ensuring high-quality standards.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and responding to project risks to minimize the impact on project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Ability to create, monitor, and control project budgets to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.
  • Resource Allocation: Skilled at allocating and optimizing resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed established quality standards through rigorous testing and review processes.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in leading project teams, motivating them to achieve project goals and foster a positive working environment.
  • Contract Management: Competence in managing contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and resolving any arising issues.
  • Project Planning (Mandatory skill): Expertise in developing comprehensive project plans that outline scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
