Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Customer Relationship Management Manager with a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of work experience. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in customer relationship management with a minimum of 7 to 10 years in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis to interpret and leverage customer data effectively.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning to develop predictive models and improve customer interaction.
- Advanced knowledge of Python programming for data analysis and automation tasks.
- Experience in data visualization to present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in predictive modeling to anticipate customer needs and tailor services accordingly.
- Expertise in big data technologies for processing large datasets and uncovering trends.
- Solid knowledge of SQL for querying databases and managing data sets effectively.
- Experience in data mining to extract useful information from raw data and improve customer strategies.
