Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Executive ELV Sales to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time, mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and maintaining strong customer relationships within the security systems services industry.

- Sales Strategy (Mandatory skill)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the client base in Mumbai and surrounding areas.
- Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and build strong, lasting relationships to understand their requirements.
- Provide clients with detailed information about our range of products and services, emphasizing the benefits of our tailored solutions.
- Conduct site assessments and collaborate with the engineering team to design customized automation solutions based on client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the technical support team to ensure seamless installation and post-sales support for clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to offer innovative solutions to clients.
