Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Executive ELV Sales to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time, mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and maintaining strong customer relationships within the security systems services industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales Strategy (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to foster positive relations and build trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and convey solutions clearly.
  • Proficient in negotiation, capable of closing deals and securing contracts beneficial for both the client and the company.
  • Solid product knowledge of business and home automation systems and their applications.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions swiftly.
  • Effective time management capabilities to prioritize tasks and manage workloads efficiently.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve common sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the client base in Mumbai and surrounding areas.
  • Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and build strong, lasting relationships to understand their requirements.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about our range of products and services, emphasizing the benefits of our tailored solutions.
  • Conduct site assessments and collaborate with the engineering team to design customized automation solutions based on client needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to ensure seamless installation and post-sales support for clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to offer innovative solutions to clients.
