Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Billing Engineer ELV to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to ELV systems including cost estimation, project management, and quantity surveying to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience (4 to 6 years) in ELV systems design, demonstrating a deep understanding of engineering principles and best practices.
• Strong skills in cost estimation to produce accurate budgets and forecasts for ELV projects.
• Excellent project management capabilities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed technical drawings and plans.
• Experience in quantity surveying to measure and value work executed on site.
• Knowledge of contract management to handle agreements with vendors, clients, and subcontractors effectively.
• Strong technical documentation skills for preparing comprehensive project reports and specifications.
• Effective vendor management skills to maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure timely procurement of materials.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed records of all financial transactions related to ELV projects.
