Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Assistant to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring efficient operations, and assisting in daily office needs.

  • Handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless office functions
  • Manage and order office supplies as needed
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
