Responsibilities:

• Create business reports that provide insights
• Translate business logic into technical reporting specifications
• Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
• Communicate the results of data analysis in visual / written / verbal form to managers.
• Use data visualization techniques effectively to present information.
• Monitor reports for required enhancements over time as well as spotting trends.
• Support various departments with required analyses to help meet their respective objectives.

Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL to fetch data from databases for the reports.
• Very strong proficiency with Business Intelligence and Visualization tools especially Power BI / DAX
• Very strong data visualization skills with the ability to understand and choose the right visualization given the data / insights to be communicated in the business context.
• Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results.
• General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow.
