Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at InStep Technologies Private Limited. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our customer base. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development and possess excellent communication skills.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in client handling and relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in online bidding platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of the IT service industry is preferred


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and analyzing market trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Present our services and solutions to clients, addressing their needs and requirements
  • Prepare business proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction
  • Monitor market competition and provide feedback to the management team
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
