Job Description:
We are currently seeking Dynamic Sales Representatives with 2-3 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidates should possess knowledge and skills in sales, sales presentation, lead generation, tele sales, cold calling, lead management, negotiation, customer relationship management, project management, and referrals creation. Proven experience in the industry is preferable, but we also welcome quick learners who can adapt to industry trends rapidly.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively utilizing the leads data provided from the company.
- Generate leads independently to maximize sales opportunities. Conversions from self-generated leads will attract multiplied incentives.
- Conduct sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits of our products/services.
- Engage in lead generation activities, including cold calling and networking, to expand the customer base.
- Manage leads efficiently and follow up regularly to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
- Negotiate and close deals with customers to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide prompt assistance to address their needs.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of sales orders.
- Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends to stay updated and make informed sales decisions.
- Complete training sessions as required to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in sales techniques, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and achieving results.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industry trends and products/services.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close sales deals.
- Good project management skills to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo a 2–3-month progress monitoring period.
- Candidates must have their own vehicles.
- Should be ready to travel out of the states works.
