Mandatory skill set:

·      12+ years of IT experience in managing SAP teams 

·      Prior work experience managing projects using SAP PLM / MDM / MDG or ABAP

·      Driving Associate engagement and related activities

·      Driving Competency strategy and development for the team

·      Driving Talent acquisition strategy for the dept along with HR team

·      Excellent team handling skill including coaching, counselling, grooming, and appreciating; ability to handle Architects, Technical Leads, and Developers from different vendors

·      Excellent business communication and presentation skill

·      Good in on-time reporting and organization leadership

·      Proactive and enthusiastic mind-set

·      Secondary skill set:

·      Knowledge working with SAP Technology

·      Innovation and Lean Process Driven

Qualifications

 B.E. / B. Tech. or equivalent (full-time) from reputed institution
