Business Development Manager
City business managers will be responsible for Biz development and sales in their respective
clusters and pin codes
Building the sales and biz development plan under guidance of the area sales manager.
Generating leads by taking the service offering to at least 10 new customers every month.
XP India is going to be the most robust combination of technology, service operations and
optimum pricing. Selling this value proposition will require high energy, good understanding
of the market, relevant experience and hunger for growth.
Working on benchmarking the pricing of the XP product keeping in mind the market
dynamics.
Signing up of contracts with customers and getting them onboarded the XP tech platform.
Working with cross-functional teams of service delivery, F&A, technology and senior
leadership team to ensure right steps to grow the unit.
Qualifications/Skill-set
∙ An experienced Sales professional with relevant experience of full container load
transportation.
∙ Prior experience of sales in the logistics and FTL/FCL segment is a must.
∙ A strong growth & Start-up mindset with Go-getter attitude
