Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Executive to join our team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of the organization and ensuring that financial records are accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recording and maintaining financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.

• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts.

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.

• Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.

• Maintain accurate and complete financial records.

• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

• Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.

• Assist with payroll processing.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required.
