This role requires an individual who is skilled at guest handling and who excels at building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Guest Relationship Executive (Mandatory skill) is required to ensure flawless guest interactions and satisfaction.
- Customer Service skills are essential to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations in all interactions.
- Effective Communication skills are necessary to convey information clearly and build rapport with guests and team members.
- Strong Time Management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet the needs of guests and operations swiftly.
- Experience as a Receptionist is advantageous to professionally manage front desk duties and guest inquiries.
- Proficiency as a Site Receptionist to oversee site-specific guest experiences and ensure operational smoothness.
- Administrative skills to organize and assist in tasks related to guest services and support broader team needs.
- Guest Handling expertise to address and resolve guest concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all guests upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Manage incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel efficiently.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of services and offerings to educate and inform guests.
