Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team at Insignia Web And Marketing Private Limited. As a Human Resources (HR) personnel, you will be responsible for various HR tasks including recruitment, policy implementation, and HR management. This is a full-time position based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in human resources
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Analytical skills to analyze HR data and trends
• Negotiation skills to handle contract recruitment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
• Knowledge of HR management and HR consulting

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage performance evaluation processes and guide managers on performance improvement
• Assist in developing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees
• Conduct exit interviews and handle employee separations
• Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports as required
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR management
• Create and execute sourcing strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
