Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the company's employees, by motivating them to perform to their highest potential.
2. Sourcing the right candidates by researching and contacting colleges, conducting campus placement drives, managing employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining a good rapport.
3. Ensure consistency in HR practices in relation to salary and benefits, recruitment & induction, and completion and termination of contracts, and bring them in line with our values and fairness principles.
4. Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
5. Analysing trends in compensation and its benefits in the market
6. Assessing employees' performance by comparing their performance against predefined standards.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
8. Establish an effective safeguarding awareness program throughout the organization.  
9. Report on project progress and status.
10. Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies. 

Skills Required:

1. Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities.
2. Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
3. Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
4. A thorough understanding of the rules and legislation governing employment
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
6. Ability to assign responsibilities to others as required and prioritize tasks.
7. Min. 2 years of exp. in HR domain.
