Key Responsibilities:--


Identify Business Opportunities:

  • Research and identify new market opportunities, potential clients, and emerging industry trends.
  • Analyze market data and trends to develop strategic business plans.
  • Generate leads through various methods, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and propose solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and feedback collection.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.


Skills and Qualifications:--


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
