Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management:
  • Supervise and guide the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor the completion of work, including cleaning of auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, and other public areas.
  • Conduct regular briefings to discuss work schedules, updates, and any special instructions.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Inspect all areas of the multiplex to ensure they meet company cleanliness standards.
  • Address any housekeeping deficiencies promptly and implement corrective measures.
  1. Inventory and Supplies Management:
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure timely procurement and proper usage of materials to avoid wastage.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Address customer feedback or complaints related to cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure all public areas and restrooms are clean and welcoming during operational hours.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Train housekeeping staff on the use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct refresher training sessions to ensure consistent performance.
  1. Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
  • Prepare and implement cleaning schedules to maintain hygiene during peak and off-peak hours.
  1. Coordination with Other Departments:
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to address cleaning needs effectively.
  • Assist in special cleaning requirements during events or emergencies.
  1. Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, schedules, and performance.
  • Submit regular reports to the management regarding housekeeping operations and challenges.

  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in hotel management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in the cinema, hospitality, or retail industries, is mandatory.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts, based on operational needs.
