The role focuses primarily on *recruitment (70%), ensuring the timely and effective onboarding of top talent to support our dynamic operations. Additionally, the role involves handling **payroll management* with precision and fostering a culture of engagement through impactful *employee engagement initiatives*.  

*Key Responsibilities:*  

- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to meet organizational needs.  

- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with applicable regulations.  

- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace morale and productivity.  

- Maintain HR records and support day-to-day HR operations.  

**Requirements:

- *MBA in HR* with a minimum of *2+ years of experience* in the *Retail, Hotel, or Restaurant* industry.  

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.  

- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
