Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:
  • Greet customers warmly as they arrive.
  • Assist patrons with inquiries regarding show timings, ticket bookings, and pricing.
  • Address complaints or concerns courteously and escalate issues to management when required.
  • Ensure all guests have a seamless and pleasant experience during their visit.
  1. Ticketing and Reservations:
  • Operate the ticketing system to assist customers with bookings, cancellations, or rescheduling.
  • Upsell premium seating options or special promotions.
  1. Seating and Hall Management:
  • Guide customers to their seats and assist in maintaining orderly entry and exit.
  • Ensure that the halls are clean and meet company standards before and after shows.
  1. Promotions and Offers:
  • Inform guests about ongoing offers, discounts, or loyalty programs.
  • Encourage customer participation in surveys or feedback sessions.
  1. Crisis Handling:
  • Manage situations like overbooking, lost items, or disputes with calmness and professionalism.
  • Assist in emergency situations like fire drills or evacuations.
  1. Coordination with Teams:
  • Work closely with housekeeping, security, and food & beverage teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
  • Provide feedback or suggestions to management based on customer interactions.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer groups.
  • Knowledge of cinema booking software is advantageous but not mandatory (training provided).

Educational Qualifications:

  • A degree/diploma in hospitality, management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible working hours, including weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts based on show timings.
