**Roles & Responsbility**

- Design and build applications for the iOS platform.

- Optimize existing code and implement new functionalities for the iOS application.

- Comfortable in all stages of software development, from problem exploration and design, all the way to execution and delivery.

- Ability to learn new things quickly.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.

- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

- Proficient with Objective-C or Swift, and Cocoa Touch. 

- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

- Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines. 

- Help maintain code quality, organization.

- Experience with unit testing.

- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc. 

- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. 

- Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools such as Instruments.

- Shark is an added advantage.
