**Roles and Responsibilities:**
1. Recruitment activities including
• Design and update job description
• Source potential candidates from various online channel
• Screening incoming resume and application forms
• Interview candidate (via phone, video or in-person)
• Prepare and distribute assignment and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
• Advertise job openings on company’s career page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlist of qualified candidates
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensating and benefits
• Joining formalities with welcome goodies to new join
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment and host in house recruitment events
2. Maintain the statutory norms PF, ESIC and PT in ERP, send to consultant to generate challan and making sure challan get paid onetime
3. Attendance and Leave management in ERP
4. Taking care of employee graveness on positive way by keeping HR and organization policy in mind
5. Employee engagement activities and make necessary arrangement for the same
6. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
7. Able to handle and properly file the petty cash, vendor bills and expenses
8. Admin related activities like to maintain all assets in ERP and vendors details in ERP
9. Coordinate with Vendor and making sure of any graveness of employee to be resolved
10. Exit formalities as per policy and handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
