Qualifications and Skills

• 0 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong persuasion skills to effectively convince potential customers

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products or services
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Build and maintain a strong customer database
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities
