We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele caller to join our immigration services team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in communicating with potential clients, providing them with essential information regarding immigration processes, and guiding them through initial steps of visa and immigration services. As a Tele caller, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries and generating leads for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients based on provided leads, offering information on immigration and visa services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through effective communication and persuasive speaking.
• Client Consultation: Provide detailed information to clients regarding immigration processes, required documentation, and available services.
• Appointment Scheduling: Set up consultations with immigration specialists and maintain follow-up calls for interested clients.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the database with new leads and follow-ups.
• Handling Inquiries: Answer incoming calls, address questions, and respond to emails related to visa and immigration services.
• Follow-up: Consistently follow up with potential leads and clients who have shown interest but have not yet engaged in services.
• Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and provide insights to help improve service offerings.

Salary Range: Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 18,000/-
