*Job Description:*

Innovision Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon, Haryana. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with customers. This role is perfect for individuals who are quick learners, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to start immediately.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Provide detailed information about the company’s products and services.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

- Maintain records of customer interactions and update customer information.

- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead or manager.

- Provide feedback to the management regarding customer needs and service improvements.

*Requirements:*

- *Experience:* 0-2 years in a similar role (Experience in customer service or sales is preferred).

- *Education:* High School Diploma or equivalent.

- *Skills:* 

 - Excellent verbal communication skills.

 - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

 - Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

 - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

- *Language:* Proficiency in Hindi and English is required.

- *Joining:* Only candidates who can join immediately will be considered.
