Key Responsibilities*:
1. *End-to-End Domestic Recruitment*:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates.
- Ensure alignment with business needs for all domestic positions and skill placements.
2. *Client Relationship Management*:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure client satisfaction.
- Finalize agreements with clients for domestic hiring and skill development placements.
3. *Skill Placement Expertise*:
- Oversee placements for skill development candidates, ensuring a good match between candidates’ qualifications and client needs.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of skill development job portals and related hiring processes.
4. *MIS Management*:
- Maintain strong MIS management skills to track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
5. *Background Verification (BGV)*:
- Oversee employment, education, address, criminal record checks, reference checks, and drug tests to ensure compliance and trustworthiness of candidates.
6. *Client Handling Skills*:
- Manage end-to-end client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery throughout the hiring process.
- Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly.
7. *Security Services Hiring*:
- Leverage experience in security services recruitment to meet the specialized hiring needs of clients in this sector.
8. *Email Communication & Reporting*:
- Exhibit strong written communication skills, especially for professional email correspondence with clients and candidates.
- Provide detailed reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and achievements.
*Key Qualifications*:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, especially for domestic hiring and skill development roles.
- Strong understanding of background verification processes (employment, education, address, criminal records, reference checks, drug checks).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and candidates, while delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of security services hiring and skill development job portals.
- Excellent MIS and reporting skills to track and analyze recruitment metrics.
- Outstanding email writing and communication skills.
- Strong client relationship-building capabilities.

*Education*:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
