We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Actuation Lead to oversee talent activation strategies, manage a cross-functional team, and drive successful client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, client management, and talent strategy, with the ability to foster relationships and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of talent actuation specialists, ensuring high performance and professional development.

- Oversee end-to-end talent actuation processes, from strategy development to execution.

- Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their talent needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive business results.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align talent initiatives with business objectives.

- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in talent management, client services, or a related field.

- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.

- Excellent client management and communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
