Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of Delivery Boys.
• Allocate orders efficiently and track delivery progress.
• Ensure timely deliveries by optimizing routes.
• Coordinate with customers, delivery team, and other departments.
• Monitor team performance and prepare reports.
• Resolve delivery issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
