Innovision Limited is a dynamic organization that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead key HR functions, including Performance Management Systems (PMS), Recruitment, and Team Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Management: Develop, implement, and monitor performance management systems to ensure employee growth and alignment with organizational goals.
• Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, and onboarding of top talent.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and high performance.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and align with organizational objectives.
• Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• HR Metrics: Monitor and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including PMS, recruitment, and team management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
