Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources professional to join INNOVISION Limited's team as a Mid-Level HR Manager. This full-time position is based in our Gurgaon headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years work experience in the HR field and will be responsible for managing various HR functions to support our diverse and growing workforce.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Recruitment (Mandatory skill) - Experience in talent acquisition including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations (Mandatory skill) - Strong skills in bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Performance Management (Mandatory skill) - Proficiency in overseeing performance evaluation processes and providing constructive feedback.
  • Training and Development - Ability to identify skill gaps and oversee employee training and development programs.
  • HR Compliance - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Compensation and Benefits - Familiarity with structuring compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • HRIS - Experience with Human Resources Information Systems for managing employee data and workflows.
  • Conflict Resolution - Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills to manage and resolve employee disputes professionally.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Maintain employee records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data.
