Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team at INNOVISION LIMITED. This position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career in human resources. The role involves attracting, screening, and recommending candidates for various job positions within the company. This role can be based in Gurgaon, Uttarkashi, Dehradun, Bihariganj, Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad, and offers various employment types including Full-Time, Part-Time, Remote, and Freelance opportunities.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels (Mandatory skill).
  • Minimum qualification 12th
  • Visit clients for services requirement.
  • Experience in talent acquisition strategies and techniques (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong interviewing and candidate screening skills to identify top talent.
  • Familiarity with human resources guidelines and regulations.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with candidates and team members.
  • Negotiation skills to manage compensation discussions and job offers.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidate profiles and job openings simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively use recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date talent pipeline and database of potential candidates.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Handling negotiations with candidates, including salary discussions and offer letters.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
  • Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Salary Range 8000 to 10000
