Guest Service Associates

Position: Guest Service Associate (Male / Female)

Roles and Responsibilities:

·        Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

·        Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality service standards.

·        Possess a thorough understanding of menu items and make recommendations to guests.

·        Manage cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing.

·        Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, creating a visually appealing and welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications:

·        Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or known QSR brand.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

·        Basic knowledge of hospitality and customer service principles.
