Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with over 3 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create visually appealing graphics that align with our brand and marketing goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and innovative graphic designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing materials.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling content that enhances brand identity and drives engagement.

- Produce high-quality visual assets for advertising campaigns, email marketing, and other promotional activities.

- Ensure consistency in design across all company platforms and materials.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree.

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
