Digital Marketing Specialist - 2 to 3 years.

Full-Time position in Gurgaon

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years and maximum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or must have 2-3 experience in related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• Expertise in SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Strong client relationship management
• Self-motivated and customer-focused
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
• Highly creative with strong audience targeting and campaign development skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Enhance and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report campaign performance (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends, optimize spend, and brainstorm new growth strategies.
• Conduct experiments and conversion tests, and collaborate on landing page optimization.
• Evaluate customer experience across channels and optimize user funnels.
• Work with agencies and vendor partners, and assess emerging technologies.
