#### Job Summary:

The Paint and Coating Skill Council is seeking certified trainers to conduct RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) workshop programs for Supervisor Decorative Painters. The workshop is designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of participants and will be held across various locations.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions as per the RPL program guidelines.

- Assess and evaluate participants' skills and provide constructive feedback.

- Ensure all training materials and resources are used effectively.

- Maintain attendance and performance records of participants.

- Address any queries or concerns from participants during the workshop.

- Adhere to the workshop schedule and ensure timely completion of all sessions.

#### Requirements:

- Certification as a Supervisor Decorative Painter.

- Proven minimum 2 years of experience in training or supervising in the painting and coating industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to engage and motivate participants.

- Knowledge of the latest techniques and best practices in decorative painting.

- Willingness to travel to the specified locations.
