Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead and manage our NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client onboarding, operations management, and business development within the NAPS framework. This role requires managing a team responsible for apprentice onboarding, contract management, payroll, and other related processes, as well as developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
•
Client Onboarding & Operations:
- Oversee the onboarding process for B2B clients under the NAPS project, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to project requirements.
- Manage a team of 10 professionals responsible for apprentice onboarding, contract raising, payroll processing, assessments, terminations, and other related tasks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, internal departments, and other key stakeholders.

Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the team, providing regular training and support to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with apprentice advisors to address challenges and promote positive word of mouth, thereby enhancing the reputation of the NAPS project.

Client Relationship Management:
- Handle client escalations in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Represent the organization on SSC platforms, establishing and maintaining the required project and operational procedures.

Business Development:
- Leverage existing connections with business owners and HR professionals to foster business development opportunities within the NAPS framework.
- Generate leads and develop new client relationships for recruitment and staffing, expanding the company’s footprint in the NAPS, NEEM, and NATS sectors.
- Conduct industry mapping, client retention strategies, and salary negotiations, ensuring competitive advantage and client satisfaction.

Client & Industry Engagement:
- Maintain and expand a network of over 100 industry tie-ups across India, leveraging these connections for ongoing business development and project expansion.
- Screen and evaluate CVs within the NAPS, NEEM, and NATS programs, ensuring the selection of high-quality candidates who meet client requirements.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in business development, client management, or operations within the NAPS, NEEM, or NATS frameworks.

Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in client relationship management and negotiation.
- In-depth knowledge of NAPS, NEEM, and NATS programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
