Designation : Project Manager

Experience : 6+ Years (Software Development experience is mandatory)

Roles & Responsibility

• Define the scope of the project
• Coordinate company resources and making sure that all projects are delivered on

schedule without compromising the quality

• Laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance
• Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget
• Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests
• Able to plan the activity schedules of the team.
• Must set measurable goals that should define overall project's objective

Skill Set

• Expertise in project management methodologies
• Planning, forecasting & risk management
• Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques
• Experience in budgeting, tracking and monitoring
• Ability to negotiate, motivate & resolve conflicts
• Experience in software development
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Experience in project management tools, version control system, CI/CD pipeline etc
• Communication and interpersonal skills
