Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Workday Support Lead for our client, Teledoc. This is a remote position based in Pune, requiring a seasoned professional with 7 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess recruitment expertise along with hands-on experience in Workday configuration, customer support, and project management. Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have recruitment experience, capable of understanding hiring processes and aligning with business needs (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in Workday configuration with a track record of successful implementations and systems optimization.
- Experienced in delivering exceptional customer support, with a focus on resolving user issues promptly and efficiently.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and oversight to ensure timely completion of objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the support and management of Workday systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Handle escalations related to Workday and recruitment processes, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and implement appropriate Workday configurations.
- Manage customer support operations, ensuring high levels of service delivery and user engagement.
- Drive project management initiatives, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
