Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team remotely, based in Pune. This role involves working on the ServiceNow platform, specializing in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) module. The position level is Senior, requiring a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The job location is remote, and the selected candidate will be required to work in the Australian shift (early morning).

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Expertise in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) module (Mandatory skill).
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM Implementation.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, including JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Skill in ServiceNow Configuration, including form design, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Experience in ServiceNow Customization, such as creating custom applications, modules, and workflows.
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
• Willingness to work in the Australian early morning shift.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the Source-to-Pay (S2P) module.
• Implement, support, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business needs.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Configure ServiceNow forms, fields, and workflow processes to streamline operations.
• Design and build custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations and customizations.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior developers and team members as needed.
