- Must possess strong operations management skills (Mandatory skill).

- Proven leadership abilities to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels without overburdening storage.
- Skilled in staff training, capable of developing both new and existing employees.
- Competence in budgeting to oversee financial aspects and maximize profitability.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices to ensure compliance and safety in the kitchen.
- Ability to plan menus in collaboration with chefs to create appealing and cost-effective offerings.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities to handle any issues that arise swiftly and effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Ensure excellent guest service and address any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Lead and manage restaurant staff, providing training and support as necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as required to maintain stock.
- Develop and manage budgets, striving to meet financial goals and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with chefs to plan and update menus, ensuring offerings are both appealing and profitable.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance restaurant operations.
- Handle administrative tasks related to staff schedules, payroll, and other management duties.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and team meetings to ensure ongoing employee development and motivation.
