- Proven experience of at least 7 years as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage a team effectively and optimize restaurant operations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with guests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Experience in inventory management, including ordering, stockkeeping, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Ability to provide hands-on staff training to ensure high performance, proper adherence to procedures, and excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management to ensure the restaurant meets its revenue goals.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and ensure customer safety.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected situations and conflicts effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring all shifts run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff, providing training and support as needed to maintain high performance levels.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
