Job Overview
Innovative Talent Solutions is seeking a dynamic and skilled Head Mixologist for a pre-opening at SAULE in Noida. This full-time, mid-level position requires a seasoned professional with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in mixology and bar operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the beverage program, crafting unique cocktails, and managing bar staff to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 4-6 years in the field of mixology and bar operations, demonstrating comprehensive beverage knowledge.
- Expertise in cocktail creation and menu development, ensuring a diverse and appealing drink selection that enhances customer experience.
- Strong proficiency in staff training, providing guidance and development to team members to maintain high service standards.
- Exceptional customer service skills to engage effectively with patrons, ensuring a memorable and satisfying bar experience.
- Solid understanding of inventory management to oversee stock levels, manage ordering, and minimize waste.
- Proven ability in bar operations management, including ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- A creative mindset to consistently introduce new ideas and improve existing processes in the bar setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse bar team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the beverage menu, showcasing innovative cocktail recipes and signature drinks.
