Job Overview

Innovative Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated Gynecologist Doctor to join our client’s practice in Jamtara. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in gynecology and related fields. The professional will deliver comprehensive healthcare tailored to women's needs, including performing critical surgeries and managing women's health and reproductive issues.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven minimum work experience of 4 years and maximum of 6 years in gynecology, showcasing a strong background in women's health.
• Expertise in performing outpatient procedures and surgeries including OPD, ultrasound, normal delivery, C-section, hysterectomy, and other gynecological surgeries (Mandatory skill).
• Profound knowledge of women's health care, covering areas such as reproductive endocrinology and family planning, ensuring holistic patient care.
• Strong diagnostic skills in prenatal care to manage pregnancies, and deliver expert care from conception through childbirth.
• Solid understanding of menopause management strategies, addressing women's health during the transitional menopause period.
• Proficiency in conducting complex gynecological and obstetrics surgeries safely and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for patient interaction, fostering a comforting and informative environment aiding diagnosis and treatment.
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with healthcare advancements and gynecological best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Stay updated on medical advancements and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care and operational procedures.
• Educate patients about reproductive health, preventive care, and treatment plans, promoting health literacy.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, ensuring unified, patient-centered care, and optimal health outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous records and confidential patient data according to healthcare policies
