Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Dot Net Developer to join our team at Innovative Talent Solutions. This is a full-time role based in Gurgaon or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will work on developing and implementing advanced software solutions, utilizing vital skills such as statistical analysis, machine learning, and data-driven methodologies to innovate within our projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement Dot Net applications to support company growth and improve system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in accordance with project timelines.
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Analyze the performance of programs, troubleshoot, and debug applications to optimize functionality.
• Create design documentation, technical specifications and assist in project planning stages.
• Utilize data analysis skills to enhance application processes and provide actionable insights.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces and ensure robust performance for end-user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new technologies and frameworks into ongoing projects.

Role - Senior Analyst Engineers

Critical Experience

� Design and Develop application based on Microsoft stack, particularly Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server.

� Working with Agile/Scrum methodologies

� Exposure to CI/CD pipeline and deploying applications to Microsoft Azure/AWS or a similar cloud platform

Core Skills & Capabilities Required:

� 5 years Technology experience ideally with Banking and/or Finance industry exposure. 5+ years in application development

� Experience with distributed, event driven systems and using messaging protocols, messaging systems such as IBM MQ & Control M

� Software Delivery technical skills such as CI/CD, Automated Deployments, Automated Testing, Build Servers, Software / Source Code Configuration Management.

� Build and automation tools Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, PowerShell, Artifactory, ARM templates, SonarQube, CheckMarx).

� Experience with the following also strongly preferred: .Net 2 - .Net Core, Wcf, webapi, Webservices (REST/SOAP), RDBMS (ideally MS Sql server), IIS, SCM (Git), BDD (JBehave), & Unit Testing (Nunit).

� Established network and platform skills, Cloud hosting (Azure preferred)

� Workflow and other tools such as Rally and Confluence

� Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with stakeholders (both users and product owners)

� Interest in the entire application stack; from network, security, through platform OS to application code, including cloud hosting, but an over-riding desire to write code.
