  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory of baking ingredients, ensuring timely ordering and proper storage.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and other kitchen staff to plan and execute menus.
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems related to pastry preparation and baking processes.
  • Assist in training junior kitchen staff and maintaining high kitchen morale and standards.
