We are seeking a talented PREMIUM Mid-Level Bartender to join our team in Gurgaon on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will leverage their skills in mixology and modern cocktails to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role demands speed, efficiency, and expertise behind the bar in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive knowledge of modern cocktails and technique (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in mixology, with the ability to creatively blend flavors and craft unique concoctions.
• Demonstrated expertise in cocktail crafting and ability to present drinks attractively.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems to ensure swift and accurate billing and payment processes.
• Skills in inventory management to efficiently track and replenish bar supplies.
• A solid understanding of wine knowledge to complement drink offerings and enhance customer suggestions.
• Ability to work with speed and efficiency, especially during peak hours, without compromising drink quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Engage with customers, taking beverage orders and making drink recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a tidy and safe working environment.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Monitor and manage bar stock, requisitioning and receiving supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth bar operation and guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and assist with closing procedures.
• Stay updated with new cocktail trends, techniques, and ingredients to bring fresh ideas to the menu.
