Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in mixology, with at least 7 to 10 years of professional work in the field.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, including various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a high-quality experience for patrons.
• Inventory management capabilities to efficiently track and manage bar supplies.
• Proficiency in menu development to create and update enticing beverage offerings.
• In-depth understanding of bar operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
• Modern Cocktails (Mandatory skill), showcasing the ability to craft contemporary and innovative drinks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee all bar operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Create and curate a diverse menu of modern cocktails and beverages.
